Customer Refund Policy

If you have purchased a voucher and wish to refund, you can place a refund request by email at KULHI_CustomerService@Hilton.com or call +603-2264 2264.

 

Please follow the return instructions below:


1. Please provide us with your Name, Transaction ID, Ref No (Invoice number) and state the reason for your refund.
2. Kindly be informed that once your refund request is approved, the bank will take approximately 14 working days to process. The refunded transaction will be reflected in your credit card statement or bank account.

 

Note: We will only accept any refund request within 21 days after you purchased your e-voucher.
